The Lyric

Brunswick

The Lyric development is located at 2a Michael Street, Brunswick. This historic building was purchased from the Brunswick Club, and occupied some 2,560 square metres of land.

For heritage purposes the new apartment development needed to be constructed within the existing shell.

Our architect on this project was Perry Snowdon from Hart Design.

This development was put through the planning process, with the resultant planning permit being granted for 33 apartments,  both one and two bedrooms in size.
