The Grain Store

This amazing feat of architectural design was at 1-7 Colebrook Street in Brunswick.

The building was a former Bluestone Grainstore and has been listed on the Victorian Heritage register.

With close cooperation from the local council and Heritage Victoria, this 3000 square metre icon is now home to eighteen 3 bedroom town houses and four 2 bedroom Townhouses.

The design managed to keep the charming solid bluestone walls as well as incorporate other heritage features into the building.
